Supervisors are responsible to ensure drivers are authorized to drive and complete training

National Highway Safety & Traffic Administration Standards apply
Pedestrians ALWAYS have the right of way
ADA accommodation is the ONLY written exception

5. Best Practices Seat belts Keep arms & legs inside the cab at all times
Prohibit driving in certain areas during peak hours
If caught out in high pedestrian traffic, stop
Avoid driving on grass

6. Paths Current policy only addresses campus core
Avoid traveling where only the cart will fit
Take the long way
Never park unattended in an emergency path

7. Parking Yellow stripes = Service parking
White stripes = Turning radius, pedestrian crossing, passenger loading/unloading = No parking
