Effect of 11-day oral administration of vehicle (n = 4) or 6-day oral administration of enalapril 10 mg/kg per day (n = 19), followed by 5-day oral administration of either enalapril 10 mg/kg per day plus aprocitentan 10 mg/kg per day (n = 9) or enalapril 10 mg/kg per day plus spironolactone 300 mg/kg per day (n = 10) combinations on mean arterial pressure (A), plasma creatinine (B), and plasma urea (C) in sodium-depleted SHRs.
