ABOUT SINGITA
An award-winning safari company with 12 lodges and camps across five regions of Africa, Singita works actively to protect and maintain land and its wildlife in its original state, to minimize the impacts of human intrusion. It assists the people who live on the outskirts of its reserves in South Africa, Tanzania and Zimbabwe, to understand the intrinsic value of these pristine areas and experience the benefits of preserving the land. The Human Resources Manager manages all aspects of the HR department, and relieves in aspects of the staff village management during cycle leave.
HR Qualification
Experience in HR at management level / senior HR Generalist
Ideally Hospitality Background
AA Candidate Preferred
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Understanding and managing computer systems in particular MS Word and Excel as well as Sage VIP

Based at the lodge within the Sabi Sand Game Reserve (live-on)
Staff complement of ±250 staff
HR function at lodge level
Direct reporting line to General Manager
Secondary reporting line to Group HR Director (based at head office)
