What Next? 3/6 Month Volunteer Work placement Retail? Community?
Gardening? Animals? Care? Hospitality? Once individuals have graduated from the training programme we them help them to explore Volunteer Work Placements that are available to them. This is an import part of the process, beneficiaries have made some huge achievements their feeling good and motivated for change. The placement helps to keep up momentum and beneficiaries continue to grow and develop at a much faster pace in placement. I always say the real magic happens within the placement because they are out in the community making a difference not only to their own life but to the wider community. Maryjane light bulb moment.

What's Different? Positive Lifestyle changes Person Centred Approach
New Links within the Community New Friendships Goal Setting Routine & Structure Realise True Potential Work in Partnerships Many people who come through our project are socially isolated and many have little or no family/friends networks. To come and participate people have really stretched their comfort zones and started to make positive changes to their life's. I feel our work helps to give people the foundations they need to progress and sustain employment. We have had some people progress straight into employment, many progress further by signing up for college or progressing onto other programmes further up the pipeline projects such as skills for life. The Partnership Mindfulness in Ayrshire
Our project is not a stand alone project, without the partnership we would not be able to achieve the outcomes that we have seen throughout the project. Each partner brings something different from training opportunities , stress reduction tools and work placement opportunities. I’m working to bring together a strong network of opportunities for the people we support.
