In January 2005 Dialog Telekom PLC, Microimage and the University of Moratuwa initiated an R&D programme as one of its long term efforts towards Nation rebuilding Key Research Engineers of DEWN University of Moratuwa, and Microimage officials

What is DEWN? DEWN is an integrated disaster and emergency warning network that incorporates network based as well as device based technologies to deliver an end to end disaster solution through the centrally configurable carriage and dissemination of alerts
