main lessons learnt over the last 5 years
Preventing risk factors leads to preventing /delaying NCDs and its complications. Effective awareness raising is a time and resource consuming effort Change doctors and nurses attitudes toward prevention of NCDs is a hard job Lifestyle modification of the general public needs years of hard work Financial resources +Education are the two main social determinants of health

main next steps Building capacities of the health workers (Doctors and Nurses) to improve the service providing for prevention and control of NCDs Implement the Antismoking Law By producing bylaws to enforce it Produce attractive messages at the TV and radio so that people listen to them Raising public awareness at the clinics on prevention of risk factors Establish a health information system
