Include pre-test/ post-test which is always a part of a training programme for evaluation; Provide the complete hand-outs at the beginning of the programme; If possible, provide a better route going to the Etterbeek campus. Tram is possible (line 23, 24 or 25) going to/from Petillion. (walking is tiring!) Or avoid having class in Etterbeek Forgot to advice us about the one-month public transport ticket (STIB/MIVB).
