Learn and apply self-belay techniques;
Learn and apply kicking steps, rest step technique, and plunge steps;
Learn to observe avalanche terrain and route finding;
Learn and practice ice ax techniques; and

summer sleeping bag (rated for 40 degrees)
pillow
comfy shoes, wet shoes remain downstairs

toiletries (or not, but you may be judged)

Everyone needs to check-in;
Sign up for a chore (one each day);
Bring inside shoes;
Sunday we will need to complete our chores and pack up, putting everything in your cars

Dress and Pack for the weather
Dress for periods of exertion and pauses
Bring mountaineering boots
Use this as a chance to try out scramble food
Bring ice ax with all sharp points taped and helmet
Bring cheap rain gear and plenty of socks and gloves

Be respectful of skin tracks and pick slopes that are safe
