EXAMPLE: The vase is as tall as the cups are wide.

5 Observational Drawing Tips & Tricks
Draw what you SEE, not what you think you KNOW. Look more at your subject than your paper. Draw LIGHTLY when you are mapping out your composition. Check your forms for symmetry by turning your paper upside down.

Step 1: Choose your subject. Please pick 2 objects from the still life closet. Only choose simple forms like bottles, cups or pitchers. Arrange all of your objects as a group in the center of the table.
