1. Search for Manage Procurement Agents task in the Setup and Maintenance work area, Procurement offering, Procurement Foundation functional area.
Select Actions menu, and click Create New Export to CSV File.

2. Submit export process for Manage Procurement Agents task.

3. Monitor the export process until it completes. Click Ready for download.

4. Download File to get Manage Procurement Agents csv package file.

5. Unzip downloaded file. Click to open PO_AGENT.csv

6. PO_AGENT.csv file shows current content in Manage Procurement agents.

7. Update or add procurement agents in PO_AGENT. csv file
Update or add procurement agents in PO_AGENT.csv file. Save changes and close file.

8. Open ORA_PO_AGENT_ACCESS. csv file
Open ORA_PO_AGENT_ACCESS.csv file. File shows current agent access records in manage procurement agents task.

9. Update or add agent access records in ORA_PO_AGENT_ACCESS. csv file
Update or add agent access records in ORA_PO_AGENT_ACCESS.csv file. Save changes and close file.

10. Zip PO_AGENT. csv, ORA_PO_AGENT_ACCESS. csv and ASM_SETUP_CSV_METADATA
Zip PO_AGENT.csv, ORA_PO_AGENT_ACCESS.csv and ASM_SETUP_CSV_METADATA.xml files.

11. Zip file is ready for upload.

12. To import from csv file, search for Manage Procurement Agents task in the Setup and Maintenance work area, Procurement offering, Procurement Foundation functional area, select Actions menu, and click Create New Import from CSV File.

13. Choose and upload created zip file.

14. Submit Import from CSV file.

15. Monitor the import process until it completes.

16. Click on Ready for data validation

17. Check import process and log file for any errors
Check import process and log file for any errors. Go to Manage Procurement Agents task.

18. Verify new or updated procurement agents data.

19. Verify procurement agent access data.
