Metal stamping:
　　Our company has eight stamping production lines with 47 punches tons ranging from 45 tons to 250 tons (one for 250 tons, three biax for 200 tons, six biax for 160 tons, four uniaxial for 169 tons, eighty for 110 tons, ten for 80 tons and five for 45 tons, all are imported equipment) large hydraulic press 150 tons, 350 tons and 600 tons of each one。
Mold making:
　At the beginning of establishment, our company is equipped with a set of high-end mold making facilities such as CNC, UTY, WEDM-HS, large mill and so on, which can process precision continuous mold and large engineering mold. All supervisors have been in this field for more than 15 years with abundant experience.
Quality control:
　Detecting instruments includes projector, secondary yuan, height gauge, etc which can control product accuracy of 0.02 mm.
Production auxiliary:
　　Our company can complete finished and semi-finished products for customers with a whole set of mold making such as spot welding, plating, painting, etc.
