We take breaks as they fit into class. If we’re on a roll, we won’t stop for a break. However, we understand that the amount your brain can take in is directly related to the amount of time you’re sitting. For that reason, we do take breaks and we have lots of exercises that let you move around. Refreshments Help yourself. Lunch You have one hour for lunch. Restrooms You’re grownups, you don’t need to ask permission to use the restroom. Phone Please wait until you have a break to use the phone.
