Why riskier for young workers?
Kelly Kaler, 19, Vancouver, British Columbia† Kelly was murdered while working alone at night in a store, in An intruder broke in, robbed the store and murdered her. There was a button to press in case of emergency, but the killer prevented her from reaching it. Kelly had been on the job for only four months. Following her murder, additional emergency buttons were installed.
