3 Return to HOME screen Renew your password Messages / information ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT – click this if you want to change Account details ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT – click this to manage service activity CUSTOMERS – click this to manage customer data RETAILERS – N/A DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT – click this for spare parts

4 Click on DOCUMENTS MANAGEMENT
Then click on spare parts & technical documentation

5 Enter some search information
Serial number Part of cabinet name Year of manufacture Select number of expected results

6 Results showing ALL cabinets
Select cabinet closest to your query Click to open it

7 Opens the actual build information for that cabinet
Lists parts fitted At the Documents tab it shows you exploded views to help identify the part

8 Click on the printer icon to produce a download list

9 Click an exploded drawing to open it
Check item number you require Go to list on left and click on the item number

10 It will automatically search for the description

11 Find part you require and click on the shopping cart

12 Check the part and quantity required
Click the tick icon

13 Open the CART tab You will see the parts you require inside the shopping cart A red cross indicates the part has been replaced (Isa will advise on correct alternative) Click on the tick icon – this will prepare an order to ISA

14 The tick icon is replaced with a paper and shopping cart
Click on the this icon will send an official order to ISA Or click on the printer

15 This will show you the a copy of the order

16 An auto email will be sent to the person of the login confirming ISA has received the order request
