1 Obese gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) women demonstrate significant dyslipidemia at 26 weeks of gestation compared to obese women without diabetes. Obese gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) women demonstrate significant dyslipidemia at 26 weeks of gestation compared to obese women without diabetes. Women with GDM had significantly higher triglycerides (TG), very-low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL-c), and lower high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c) than non-diabetic pregnant women.
