7 Certified Management Consultant Process
The CMC is now internationally recognized by over 50 members of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes. The Institute of Management Consultant of India regularly conduct  Process of Certification (CMCTM)for setting global standards of consulting in India.  This is a rigorous process of assessment conforming to the “Amsterdam Standard” adopted by the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI), of which IMCI is a leading member.  Those member consultants who clear CMC are entitled to use the suffix  CMCTM which stands for “Certified Management  Consultant”,  a widely recognized certification across the world. 

8 CMC® Member Benefits International reciprocity for CMC from India in over 58 countries worldwide. Issuing of special certificates indicating the CMC® status of member. Availability of CMC® pin for those who have achieved the CMC status. Registration of CMC® under Copyright Act received. Ongoing effort for marketing the CMC® brand. Personlised log in & profile page to members on IMCI portal.

9 Accredited Consulting Practice (ACP)
The designation “Accredited Consulting Practice” (ACP) can be awarded by the national Institute to a management consultancy practice which has demonstrated to the Institute, by undergoing a systematic audit, that its professional standards for the training/development and assessment/qualification of its consultants, and the internal processes which assure these, are equivalent with those required for the ICMCI CMC Standard.  

10 The Academic Fellow Designation
Fellowship Panel would review the following main accomplishments: √ Academic track record, such as undergraduate/graduate classes taught; √ Published academic papers; √ Conference presentations; √ Curriculum development (both academic and for commercial courses); √ Management consulting engagements/retainers; related industry seminars. √ IMC’s assessment of the candidate’s demonstrated involvement with the management consulting profession and how they might contribute through their Fellowship. CMC-Global’s Academic Fellow is an international designation recognising professors of management consulting from publically accredited universities. Candidates must be engaged in research and/or teaching of internal or external management consulting for at least 5 years, and they are assessed based upon several key areas.

11 CMC-Firm Designation CMC-Firm is a programme to establish an International directory, network and promotion of large to medium, local/regional consulting firms and professional environments looking to go global – that both meet our standards and provide clients with an enhanced mark of excellence in consulting service provision. A CMC-Firm commits to and is audited in providing their services according to CMC-Global standards.
