Electrification efforts should be Reliable and sufficient Bundled with complimentary policies and services Integrated into broader, comprehensive rural development plan Cautious about impacts on incomes How do we: Responsibly advocate for energy access? Engage with issues of sustainability? Message on this in ways that maintain urgency of electrification but capture complexity?
