Determination of the quality of seeds and seedlings;
Laboratory evaluation of sowing quality of seed and seedlings' commercial qualities;
Laboratory evaluation of quality and safety of agricultural products
Seed certification in accordance with national standards;
Seed certification in accordance with OECD Schemes;
Seed Certification under the ISTA Rules;

4. State enterprise State centre of agricultural products certification and examination
It is responsible for the implementing the OECD Seed Schemes and empowered with OECD certificate issuing;
Testing laboratories are accredited by the national accreditation body to meet the requirements of SS ISO / IEC17025: 2006.
The Central Testing Laboratory is accredited by ISTA;

5. At present days, the company employs more than 100 agronomist-auditors on certification and more than 130 technicians
Functions of agronomists-auditors are:
Field inspections of seed sowing;
Control of the formation of batch of seed, their packaging and marking;
Sampling for testing;
Functions of technicians are:
Carrying out laboratory tests of seeds;
Carrying out laboratory tests of agricultural products;

Establishment of a quality control system for seeds and safety and quality of agricultural products, which will eliminate technical barriers in trade.
Harmonization of the system of certification and standardization in the field of seed industry and quality control and safety of agricultural products.
Collaboration on accreditation of laboratories in accordance with international standards, which will ensure mutual trust in the quality certificates provided by national laboratories.
Organization of rounds of interlaboratory comparisons of test results to ensure confidence to the obtained results.
Organization of cooperational learning and exchange of experience and test methods, specialists mobility, etc.
