4. Product portfolio (1)
*Potato starch is obtained through mechanical separation of starch grains from other components in potatoes followed by rinsing, purification, drying and sifting.
*Application: In food and pharmaceutical industry, starch is used for giving a product proper texture, appearance (form), moistness, consistency and storage durability.
*PEPEES offer: Big bags (1.000 kg), 25 – kg paper bags, 1 kg & 0,5 kg for retail
*Maltodextrin is starch substance in form of loose white powder obtained through enzymatic depolimerization of starch suspension in water, followed by spray drying.
*Application: commonly used in production of beverages, confectioneries, nutrition products, instant and frozen food, pharmaceuticals
*PEPEES offer: Big bags (1.000 kg), 25 – kg paper bags
*Crystalline dextrose – product in the form of crystalline fine white powder obtained during enzymatic hydrolysis of starch. Contains over 99% of pure glucose.
*Application: used in production of confectionary, ice-cream, desserts, dry food mixes, non-alcoholic beverages, fruit and vegetable products. Widely applied in pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
*PEPEES offer: 25 – kg paper bags, 100 g sachets for retail

*Anhydrous dextrose – Product of pharmaceutical quality in the form of crystalline fine white powder obtained during enzymatic hydrolysis of starch.
*Application: pharmaceutical industry for production of drugs and supplements.

*Potato feed protein – Product obtained from potato intracellular fluid through thermal and acid coagulation, separation and drying. Ready-made product is a loose grey powder
*Application: valuable component of feedstuff mixes for animals and is an excellent replacement for animal protein.
