Development Strategy for ICT in Schools A long-term integrated planning of ICT for all elements in a school. Includes: the range and scope of ICT, technology selection (hard ware, software, network, Internet provider, programming, data base systems, etc.), stages of implementation, ICT training, socialization etc. 3. Development of ICT culture in schools A plan that aims to create a learning environment based on ICT, towards the implementation of ICT in the school culture of healthy and effective. Development of ICT culture involves all elements of the school (leaders, teachers, employees, students and even parents).

Conclusion The development of information and communication technology is increasingly rapidly have penetrated many aspects of human life, including the touching world of education. Therefore, schools and teachers can not ignore this trend just because the issue of the budget or the limitation of access and insight. One thing you have to do is step forward and throw themselves without hesitation into the mainstream of this technology for the advancement of our education.
