2. Interstate Compacts When States have agreements with each other.
Examples: law enforcement data, coordinated development of natural resources, motor vehicle safety.

3. Full Faith and Credit
Each State recognizes the judgment made by each other’s courts.
Applies to only civil law, not criminal law.

4. Extradition
Each State will return a fugitive to the State where the person is a fugitive.
Governors ask each other for help.

5. Privileges and Immunities
A State cannot deny a person from living or working in their State.
Can apply restrictions on voting, holding office, and practicing medicine.
State universities can charge higher fees to students from other States.
