8. Project Readiness
Airport Trail Extension- Designed and Tender-Ready. Construction start as early as September, 2018.
Airport Trail Interchanges – Preliminary Design nearing Completion. Detailed Design in fall/winter 2018, with Construction Start summer of 2019.
Airport Trail / Stoney Trail Ramp – Construction Start 2020.
All works to be completed by end of 2022.

9. Administration Recommendation
That the SPC on Transportation and Transit recommend that Council
Approve a budget appropriation of $ Million to Program 859 – Airport Trail N.E. Phase 2, as per Attachment 1;
Direct administration to secure the remaining land needed for the interchanges on Airport Trail at 19th St and Barlow Trail; and
Keep Attachment 1 and the closed session discussions confidential pursuant to Sections 23, 24, and 25 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
