How to access education
You will be brought to the “Education Health” page. This page shows your courses that are tied to campaigns which are almost due, and your most violated courses based off of relationships in course creation which will be covered later. ©2014 Convercent. All rights reserved.

Importing a SCORM package
To Import a SCORM package, you will need to access your “SCORM Package Library”. This is done by clicking “View All SCORM Packages” in the sidebar of the “Education Manager”. Note: We recommend SCORM version 1.2, but we also support 2004 up to revision 3. We do not support 2004 revision 4. ©2014 Convercent. All rights reserved.

You will then be brought to your SCORM packages. These packages cannot be edited after creation, this page is just for viewing current packages and importing new ones. To continue importing a SCORM package, click “Add a new SCORM Package”. ©2014 Convercent. All rights reserved.

You will then be brought to the SCORM package creation wizard. Fill in all of the fields as desired, and then upload your compressed (Zipped) SCORM file. Once completed, click “Save”. Your new SCORM package is now created. ©2014 Convercent. All rights reserved.

Creating a new Course To create a new course, start from the “Education Manager” page. In the header click “Add a new course”. This begins the course creation process. ©2014 Convercent. All rights reserved.

Creating a new course You will then be brought to the course creation wizard. On the first page you will enter in the title, description, and choose the category that this course falls under. ©2014 Convercent. All rights reserved.

Creating a new course Farther down the first page you will find where you choose relationships. This is simply where you choose what other parts of the application and the pieces inside of those that the course you are creating relates to. Once you have chosen all desired relationships click “Next” to continue. ©2014 Convercent. All rights reserved.

Creating a new course You will then choose all of the packages, files, or links you wish to add. This is done by clicking “Add a course package”, and then by selecting the course package type you wish to add. Once you have selected your package, click “Apply” and when you have all packages you wish to include click “Next” to continue. ©2014 Convercent. All rights reserved.

Creating a new course You will next create any tasks associated with the course. You do this by clicking “Add a Task” or “Add a new task”. You will be able to manage and update open tasks in the course details page. ©2014 Convercent. All rights reserved.

Creating a new course When you select to “Add a new task” you will be brought to this window. From this window, you will create the new task, including who the task is assigned to. This task is then managed by you as to its completion. The person the task is assigned to is notified of the task when it is created, and on the chosen reminder date. ©2014 Convercent. Creating a new course You will then select all pertinent people. Pertinent people’s completion of the course is tracked inside of the course, independent from a campaign. No reminders are sent to pertinent people though. Click “Next” to continue. ©2014 Convercent. All rights reserved.

Creating a new course Finally, you will review your new course. Every detail you provided is visible on the confirmation page. Should you need to edit any information, simply click the “Edit…” in the header of the relevant section. Once all of your data is correct, click “Submit”. Managing a Course To get into a specific course, select the large tile with the course name, estimated time of completion, and status on it. This will take you into the course details page. ©2014 Convercent. All rights reserved.

Managing a COurse Inside of course details you can edit several things. Course title, course details, and you can add a course module. All of this is done by clicking the respective edit/add button. Under the “Your History” tab in course modules, you can view your personal completion history of the course. ©2014 Convercent. All rights reserved.

Managing a course You can manage open tasks and add new tasks from the course details page. Adding a new task is done by clicking the relevant “Add…”. You will also see pertinent people’s completion of the course in the progress section. Both in the form of an overview graphic and as an individual progress list. ©2014 Convercent. Managing a course The sidebar of the course details page includes certain course management options, including changing course owner, course status, course category, and being able to view recent activity on the course. ©2014 Convercent. All rights reserved.

Managing a course The second half of the sidebar includes management tools that can allow or deny certain users the ability to edit the course, can add or delete relationships if the course changes,add or delete pertinent people, and create or delete any tags. ©2014 Convercent. All rights reserved.
