Introduction: Large production of typical Syrian dishes prepared by local women with the required knowhow. Ingredients will be carefully selected with the respect of cleanness and freshness.

Purpose: To provide work opportunities for a number of women with financial and emotional benefit for the participants

Targeted Market: The entire local society in addition to local organizations and associations that care for clean and tasty food

Cost: The project requires a budget of 5000 USD to rent premises to be used for kitchen and to equip the kitchen with all the necessary tools and utensils
