Summary 1st Qtr shows a stabilized operating budget – giving and expenses are aligned Mortgage fund has been underfunded in 1st Qtr and has resulted in dipping into mortgage reserves Session leaders committed to 10% reduction in budgeted expenses across all ministries for Attendance Trends remain concerning Short Term: Immediate steps align our finances closer to current reality Longer term: Visioning to begin in the next month via Special Subcommittee.
