4. Key Decisions of the EGA
After the review of OD and legal report, there was a thorough discussion on the following:
Future legal status of Login
The place of registration
Mode of registration
Through voting EGA has decided the following:
Option 2 according to which Login should become an independent institution
Login shall be registered as an Association
Login shall be registered in Switzerland while its secretariat shall remain in the region

5. SDC’s Position on LOGIN based on OD Study and Legal Study Recommendations
SDC team shared its position and communicated its desire for: members to take ownership of Login , expedite the registration process and finalize it within 2018

6. Tasks to be undertaken for transition
The network will focus on organizing more on thematic lines as oppose to country platform and member will be working together on the following in the coming months
