Evaluation of USP2a protein expression and microRNA level analysis performed in LNCaP cells on (C) transfection with empty vehicle (Ve), pCDNA3 (Vector), pUSP2aMUT, or pUSP2aWT; and (D) incubation with empty vehicle (Ve), control (siControl), or specific USP2a (siUSP2a) silencing oligonucleotides.
