Full term infants with severe hypoxic-ischaemic encephalopathy.
Full term infants with severe hypoxic-ischaemic encephalopathy. The infants started off with an isoelectric trace and subsequently developed electrical discharges on a severe burst suppression pattern. After some hours, a drift of the baseline is noted with a minimum voltage above 5 μV even though a burst suppression pattern can still be recognised. The raw electroencephalogram appears to show a pulse waveform (Olympic 6000).
