What is the Church in the Plan of God?
All nations are one family and one new nation in Christ, through Christ They are built on a foundation laid by apostles and prophets Jesus Christ is the centre of it all The church is now the inner temple where God lives by his Spirit
9
What Does it Mean for the Church to be God’s Temple Now?
Each believer in Jesus receiving the promise of the Holy Spirit in a tangible way Each believer has free access right into God’s presence There is evidence in all the gatherings of the churches that God lives by his Spirit How do we know? Gifts of the Holy Spirit are in evidence Unbelievers sense the presence of God and are led to follow and worship God Believers are equipped to function in the power of the Holy Spirit outside the church meeting, in their jobs, in their family life, in their evangelism This happens through us being “joined together”

“And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be His people, and God himself will be with them and be their God.” Revelation 21:3.
