Problem:
For appliances operated with user-replaceable integral batteries, normal operation does not include a charging cycle. Accordingly, it omits the temperature rise test in 11.7 for the detachable power supply part and the appliance.

4. JP NC proposed modification
We propose deleting “non-replaceable” so that all the types of integral batteries include a charging cycle in normal operation.
