2. Viewing Individiual Evaluations
When logged into your account, navigate to the Evaluations module > Click on Evaluation of Preceptor

3. Viewing Individiual Evaluations
You will then be able to view your student’s evaluations which will be listed as Anonymous. You will not have access to viewing the evaluations until 4 students submit evaluations.
You can view exactly how the student assessed you by clicking on the title of the evaluation, which will open that evaluation in new window.

4. Viewing Composite Evaluations

5. Step 1
Log into the system and access your home page. From here, click on the Reporting Module.

6. Step 2
Once in the Reporting Suite, click on the Run button to be able to choose which Summary Report you would like to view.

7. Step 3
In order to view Learner Evaluation of Linked Preceptors, choose the evaluation you would like to run. This will then a pull an aggregated report of each linked preceptor’s evaluation completed by the learner. The viewing of the evaluations will be closed until 4 students complete evaluations.
