For select providers, the preference list will now have a LBM PATH section
The Resulting agency will be LBM PATH
Class = Office collect
Status = Normal
If there is a hard stop (red stop sign icon) for a field, that information must be entered.
Upon signing of the order, a requisition will print out to the assigned printer.
This requisition should be sent to LBM PATH Laboratory along with the specimen.
NOTE: please assure the barcodes on the printed requisition is of good quality so that it will be ‘scannable’.
