2. The United Square Dancers of America (USDA) and Markel/Bollinger Insurance Company have moved to the 21st Century with a new electronic, web-based USDA Insurance Enrollment System.
You will now be able to manage your club insurance requirements and needs from initial enrollment to adding new members, as well as adding new dance locations and receive the Insurance certificates faster.
To use the USDA Insurance Enrollment System, you must have Internet access, and your club USDA Number.

Here is the link to the new USDA insurance enrollment system once open save it to your favorites for future use.

4. Click on    START RENEWAL    (even if you are just adding something). 

7. This is national system, so multiple clubs of the same name may show up.
Choose your Club Name. Choose the one with Your Club USDA #.

20. Your will receive a club roster via you entered above, send that roster to Your insurance chairman with funds for enrolment or if additional enrolment mark who the funds are for.
