The larger the amplitude, the greater the energy. The smaller the amplitude, the smaller the energy.
Wavelength-the distance from one point on a wave to the identical point on the next wave

Period-time it takes to have one wave pass
Number of waves per a second is measured in Hz.
High pitch sounds have high frequencies.
Low pitch sounds have low frequencies.
