DDR1 inhibition disturbs regulation of MT1-MMP localization. MDCK cells stably expressing MT1F-pHluorin-RFP were seeded on collagen I fibrils, gelatin, or plastic. After 24 h, HGF was added and the culture continued for a further 24 h before capturing line-scan images by confocal microscopy. Representative images from each condition are shown; pHluorin in green and RFP in red. The graph represents the mean ± SD of the percentage of MT-MMP at the basal surface. The tested conditions were compared with a Kruskal–Wallis rank sum test (P = ) before localizing differences with a pairwise Wilcoxon test with Holm correction of the P-value.
