4 CAREER KEY: YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
CAREER KEY: BASED ON YOUR PERSONALITY TYPE (RIASEC) CAREER KEY: YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT Holland says that there are 6 basic types of work environments (Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, Conventional) and that people who choose to work in an environment similar to their personality type are more likely to be successful and satisfied For example, Artistic persons are more likely to be successful and satisfied if they choose a job that has an Artistic environment, like choosing to be a dance teacher in a dancing school You + Work Environment = Satisfaction

Career Key's scientific matching system enables you to identify careers and college majors that match your set of interests, traits, skills and abilities.  Now you will take the Career Key to discover which Holland personality types you are most like.
