Strain BG2 was transformed with pV1326 (top left), pV1329 (top middle), pV1329 with a stop-codon repair template (top right), pV1435 (bottom middle), or pV1435 with a stop-codon repair template (bottom right). The yellow box (bottom left) presents a magnified view of a pV1329 with stop-codon repair transformation plate (top right). Similar results were seen with strain CLIB138.
