OVERSIGHT is the act of overseeing or monitoring the performance of government implementing departments.

Under Section 20 the RIGHT TO CITIZENSHIP expects that citizens are responsible for:
obeying the laws of our country,
ensuring that others do so as well, and
contributing to South African development
