Zbtb7a deficiency impairs antigen presentation by AMs. Adoptively transferred Zbtb7a-sufficient or Zbtb7a-deficient huCD68-Kd Tg AMs in Fig. 6 were antigen-pulsed (with L-OVA or L-BSA delivering 5 μg of protein or 1 μg of OVA peptide) in vivo at 15 weeks after transfer, harvested at 6 hours after pulsing, and transferred (1 × 105) with 5 × 106 CFSE-labeled naïve OT-II T cells into C57BL/6 recipients.
