1. Adding a Care Class (Classes are the third level of your organization’s offerings hierarchy: Program > Category > Class > Session)
1.) Enrichment tab > Class
2.) On the Class Listing page, click “Add Class”

3.) On the Class Maintenance page:
i. Enter Class ID & Class Name, & select Account Code & Primary Category from the corresponding dropdown menus.
ii. Check the box & change the default message displayed if no current sessions are being offered at the time, & enter any pertinent Class Information.
(Please Note: These items are not required, & are optional features.)
Features compatible with Enrichment-type Classes only.
Waiver is an optional feature
Optional: check this box if you would like the class displayed on your homepage if there are no active sessions available.

3. Adding a Care Class (Classes are the third level of your organization’s offerings hierarchy: Program > Category > Class > Session)
iii. Enter a Class Description that you would like displayed for the Class on the public website (optional).
iiii. Set the number of days you would like a Class Reminder to be sent before the class starting date (optional). Once complete, click “Save & Publish”.
Feature is compatible with Enrichment-type Classes only.
