Existing Location Considerations: Existing Middle School could be renovated with a new addition to meet one-school option needs (Original A.2 option at $35.7 million) Memorial Park Ballfield is currently utilized for baseball athletics eliminating the need for any new facilities Lions Park ballfields and other recreation facilities could be utilized or augmented to suit GFW athletic needs without full replacement Location is off-highway on city streets for greater student safety and traffic flow. Ample off-street parking already available.
