I. Problem Search The discrepancy between peoples’ willingness and action in charity. [INSERT IMAGE FILES] Why won’t people stop to sign their names for a good cause? Why won’t people spend 3000 won to help a needy homeless person? There are many charity organizations out in the streets seeking our attention. Statistics show that 89% of the population is willing to donate, but only 0.9% take them in to action.** (source needed) People are willing, but they are not acting.
