Notetaking apps OneNote Notes MS Word Evernote
What are your favourites? Everyone has their own favourite for this and all have their own advantages. OneNote is now easy to use with a staff OneDrive for Business account. Works well across multiple devices including Windows desktops and macs. Notes feature can also be linked to Exchange so that notes you make on your iPad, or iPhone, also appear in the notes section of Outlook. To do this you need to turn on Notes in your Exchange settings - see Settings/Mail, Contacts, Calendar>Exchange – turn the Notes slider to green. If you take notes with MS Word, particularly with preformatted templates, you can produce publishable minutes within minutes, or at least hours, of a meeting ending. Evernote is accessible from anywhere and has some nice features, including very easy to include images and videos in your notes from an event, also it links with your Exchange calendar so automatically includes the title and location of your current appointment in any note you take
