CONCLUSIONS Greater sensitivity to the agenda of Human Rights in Teacher Training Programs compared to earlier. All faculties have courses of Human Rights from the 1st semester onwards. A smaller number of courses are regular, more courses are elective. Teacher Education Study in Split has a special module with a large number of regular courses of Human Rights. Requires greater cooperation between Universities and Schools with Non-governmental organizations and other Social, Cultural and Educational Institutions in local communities to achieve the objectives of Human Rights Education.
20
CONCLUSIONS Are the faculties, schools and local institutions and organizations sufficiently encouraged to cooperate (necessity in the implementation of different projects with real indicators of change)? Are the future teachers and educators are sufficiently educated to carry out Human Rights Education and make real positive changes in their local environment? Are there any blockages in the country and particular interests not to develop Human Rights Education and the actions that result from such education?
