3 NetMath courses Asynchronous 16 week and 9 month courses
Mathematics courses including Calculus sequence, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, and Probability Anyone can enroll in a NetMath course Open enrollment (one course at a time) For University of Illinois transferable credit

4 What makes NetMath unique?
Courses are not part of an entire program No lecture videos Most courses have a mentor to assist students Learning through exploration and dynamic visualization

8 Grading Course mentor(s) will grade assignments TAs will grade exams
Homework is worth a large % of the overall grade Students are given more than one attempt on homework

9 Before Registering Read through the course description.
Ask yourself the questions in the “Is NetMath For You?” section. Set out a schedule based on the course term length. Find an exam proctor (if possible). Be ready for the course start instructions.

10 Proctor Requirements Principal or Superintendent of a school
Dean, Department Head, Extension Administrator, Registrar, or Official Testing Service of University or College Education Officer in the armed forces Full-Time High School/College Instructor Full-time librarian at a public library Find your proctor within first two weeks of starting the course

11 After Registering You will receive an confirmation. (Possible advisor confirmation) Within a few days, we will send you an enrollment confirmation. If you are not a U of I student, you will be sent a NetID and to access billing. After this is set, you will be sent a welcome with steps to get started.

13 Completing a Course Course is considered complete when your final exam has been taken You will receive a final grade report Grade will be posted to UIUC transcript within a few days May enroll in another course after final exam is completed
