2 Nutrition!! *Nutrition : process in which people obtain energy through the food *There are two important types of nutrients: -Macro-nutrients: Are the majority components of food. They are proteins, sugars & fats. Water & fibre are alsp included in this group too. - Micro-nutrients:small quantities of food but also important. Thre are vitamisn and minerals.

3 Important vitamins Vitamins: Its a type of micro-nutrient that have many important functions in our body.The most importan ones are: Vitamin A in carrots helps you see at night. Vitamin C in oranges helps your body heal if you get a cut. B vitamins in leafy green vegetables help your body make protein and energy. Vitamin D in milk helps your bones

14 Diet in our country. I think that in our country are lots of good and wealth products so we can have a variet diet! Depending on the zone where you live ( next to the sea or in the centre of spain)the diet can also vary In the coast they have a mediterranean diet composed of many fish and vegetables and a little bit of meat In the centre we eat more meat than fish and we also eat a lot of vegetables

17 Anorexia Bulimia: is a mental problem in which you think that ypou are fat, but its not true. The peolple that have bulimia doesn´t eat so thay become very thin and becouse of this they can die! This problem is suffer in a big cuantity in girls

19 Bulimia Bulimia: is a mental problem in which you think that ypou are fat.The people that have bulimia it a lot but after this they vomit all becouse they feel very bad with theirselfs

20 Opinion We think that is very important to have a good and complete diet to be welth Also, although it is important to have a good diet you must to complet it with different sports.
