6 Approval Stages: Immediate Supervisor BH Finance Health Admin Timekeeper –Human Resources Auditor-Controller Please submit claims by the second week of the following month of travel or no later than the 12th; depending on how the month falls.

7 Late Claims: Need to be accompanied by a Late Submittal Memorandum, signed by both employee and supervisor. Detail information Improvements going forward Auditor-Controller’s office have denied claims if using the same memorandum and only changing dates.
