2 Background Created in 1994 by L.A. Metro to provide ADA Complementary Paratransit Services Designated as CTSA for Los Angeles County Meets ADA obligation for 45 member agencies – incl. Metro, LADOT, Foothill Transit Services for persons who cannot use fixed-route independently

3 The Future of CTSA Offer educational classes and workshops to enhance the development for all professionals Implement collaborative events to expand networking between transit and social service professionals Establish partnerships and foster relationships with a host of social service and health and human service providers throughout Los Angeles County Establish a working group with state wide CTSA agencies
