Now in version 2
Uses Confluence wiki pages at its core
Full structure with different layers for the different service documents
Sorting based on GSBPM level 1 processes
Hosted in European Commission network  needs ECAS account
Has a public landing page

3. Service Catalogue : shortcomings
Public landing page has to be generated and maintained separately  cumbersome
Lacks practical access and workflow management for automated lifecycle

Technical solutions selected (Liferay + Activiti)
One single system for public and private (editable) sections of the catalogue
Workflows designed for adding services in the catalogue
Layout mockups are designed
Layout and workflows reviewed and agreed by CSPA Implementation Group
Iterative development across H and 2017
