2. PRB Kick-off meeting (7 July 2005):
kick-off meeting Pilot River Basin Exercise – Conclusions and way forward
A close collaboration between WGs and PRBs was recognized to be essential for a successful development of Phase II. It is important that the WGs and PRBs should develop a detailed work plan together.
A reminder was given to all PRBs about the importance of involving NGOs in the forthcoming activities.

3. PRB Kick-off meeting (7 July 2005): actions planned
PRBs willing to enlarge their participation in the exercise should notify pertinent WGs.
Based on the template facts-sheet and examples provided by the JRC, the PRBs will send to the JRC a description of their river basins (7 out of 21 made it).
Individual WGs and PRBs should discuss their detailed PRB work plans and, once finalised, send them to the JRC.
Update of PIE which will be used as platform of information exchange until WISE –RTD will be fully developed.

6. PRB Phase II: Conclusion
Information exchange and communication amongst WGs and PRBs should be reinforced.
Working Programme for the period should be developed before the end of 2005.
PIE is available for uploading information and exchange documents. PRB and WG should use it!
